We use competency-based recruitment to ensure that our recruitment process is as objective and fair as possible. Everyone who applies for a job is therefore judged on the same requirements and criteria. A winning concept indeed!

We are proud to offer our employees an equal workplace with people of all ages. Today we are 51% women and 49% men in the company, and in the management group we have 57% women and 43% men. The youngest of us is 20 years old and the oldest 68 years.
