In the Swedish Quality Index survey 2026, we were appointed first place with the most satisfied passengers of all Swedish passenger transport companies. Even before the name change to VR, we have been appointed first place in the survey since 2016 within both the train company category and for the entire passenger transport category in 2024. But we must work every day to ensure that you are as satisfied as possible in the future as well.
The Swedish Quality Index is an independent institution that has studied customers' experiences of private and public activities in Sweden, the Nordic region and the rest of Europe for three decades.
