Travel smart with a commuter card

Do you travel often? Then perhaps one of our commuter cards would suit you. Our commuter cards are available for Flex and 1 Class Plus and we offer annual, half year, monthly and 10-clip cards.

As a My VR member you could get extra benefits and 10% bonus when you buy a commuter card.

Our commuter cards can be purchased between the following stations:
Stockholm - Gothenburg (including intermediate stations; Solna, Flemingsberg, Katrineholm, Skövde, Herrljunga and Alingsås)
Stockholm - Skövde/Herrljunga (including intermediate stations; Solna, Flemingsberg and Katrineholm)
Skövde/Herrljunga - Gothenburg (including intermediate stations; Alingsås)

Södertälje and Falköping will not be operated during 2026
Throughout 2025, we will not serve Södertälje and Katrineholm due to track work on the Västra main line. Read more about how track work affects us here. If you have a valid commuter card after December 14, 2025 and travel to/from Falköping, contact our sales department for questions and practical handling.
